Shopping Information

The British Open Shopping Pavillion spans over 4000 square metres of the NEC, packed with over 150 of the best exhibits to be seen at an indoor equestrian event in the UK!
The Show layout has also been improved! Trade stands will now be located in the new, enlarged Shopping Pavilion which will be situated directly adjacent to the Andrews Bowen International Arena.
With a huge variety of products on offer for the whole family, pets included! The Shopping Pavillion is where you will find everything from winter warmers to wine, handbags, saddle bags and a whole lot more including the all new Parelli Zone. Selling everything from tack to tweeds under one roof, it’s the perfect place for all your equestrian and non-equestrian needs.
New Parelli Zone
A number of activities have been planned for the Parelli Zone including seminars and demonstrations on Natural Horsemanship and Parelli training methods.
Opening Times
Thursday & Friday
10am until approximately 15 mins after the end of the evening interval
Saturday
9am until approximately 4.20pm for Daytime ticket holders and 4.45pm until approximately 15 minutes after the Evening interval for Evening ticket holders
Sunday
9.30am until the end of the last interval
Collections
For large bulky purchases there will be a collection point within the Show. Once an item is purchased it may be deposited at the Collection Point (for a £1 fee) in exchange for a collection ticket and retrieved at the end of the performance thus enabling visitors to enjoy a more hassle free shopping experience.
Pushchair Parks
Complimentary Pushchair Parks are provided whilst children are watching the Show from their seats. (Pushchairs may not be stored in the seating block entrances). Locations will be advised upon entry to the show. Pushchairs are allowed in the Shopping Forum.
