For Registered horses in Grades A & B to be ridden by Full, Associate or Pony Associate members.
To be judged in accordance with B.S.J.A. Rule 501.
Table A7Speed 350 mpm.
Max Height 1.45m.
Numbers to qualify:Top 20 will qualify for THE BRITISH OPEN based on points awarded throughout the series. (See special rules).
(Centre name) Premier League Points will be awarded for this class.
Double clears will qualify for BSJA/SCOPE FESTIVAL National 1.40m Final.
Prizes: Shows to make their own sponsorship arrangements. Minimum 1st prize £1000.
Rosettes provided by B.S.J. Maximum Entry Fee £70.00.
WINTER GRADES A & B PREMIER GRAND PRIX CHAMPIONSHIP (special rules)
(Qualifier for the Winter Premier Grand Prix Championship at the 2010 British Open)
GRAND PRIX POINTS LEAGUE
Points will be awarded to the best placed six horse/rider combinations in each Premier Grand Prix. The best four results, from any one combination, will be the points that are accumulated to define the top twenty riders who will qualify from the League. In the case of equality for the twentieth qualifying place, the rider with the best profile of results (i.e. the greatest number of higher placings taking into account the four best results) will qualify.
Qualifiers will qualify for the Winter Grades A & B Premier Grand Prix Championship to be held at The British Open Show Jumping Championships at the NEC, Birmingham in April 2010.
Points awarded to each combination as follows:
1st.-12 pts, 2nd-10pts, 3rd-8pts, 4th-6pts, 5th-4pts, 6th-2pts and 1point to every other combination in the jump-off.
Qualified riders can compete in the Final on any one of the horses ridden by them in one of the qualifying Grand Prix Classes.
