British Open Amateur Championship

For registered horses of any grade to be ridden by Full, Associate or Pony Associate members excluding the top 150 on the Riders Ranking List 326.

Riders who have ever competed as a team member of any Senior International Team, (Nations Cup, World, European Championships and Olympic Games) are not eligible.

Pony Riders, Children, Juniors and Young Riders who have ever competed in Nations Cup/International Team Events and European Championships in the last five years are not eligible. (Excluding Veteran Teams).

Table A7 Speed 350mpm Height of Fences 1.20m.

The first three horse/rider combinations will qualify for the Final at the British Open Show Jumping Championships, disregarding those that have already qualified and riders who have already qualified one horse. Riders may only compete in one horse in the Final.

*In addition the highest placed eligible horse/rider from the 2009 National 1.20m Amateur Championship at Aintree International Equestrian Centre 26th-29th November, will receive automatic qualification in condition with ranking list 327.
