Commercial opportunities at the British Open

befFollowing the hugely successful 2009 Horse of the Year Show (HOYS), Grandstand Group is predicting the 2010 British Open Show Jumping Championships will be the biggest ever with the event expecting record ticket sales. The dates (Wednesday 7th – Saturday 10th April) have been strategically placed to coincide with the UK’s local authority school holidays and are allocated to close the Show with the Championship Final on Saturday evening. With no split performances, tickets are now valid all day to fill the increased capacity venue. There are many commercial opportunities companies can take advantage of during the British Open from trade stand space in the Shopping Pavilion to sponsorship packages and corporate hospitality.
