Movie Stuntman to Star at British Open!

Movie stuntman Daniel NaprousMovie stuntman, Daniel Naprous, and the Devil’s Horsemen have been confirmed as the lead display at our 2008 event.

Daniel has followed in the footsteps of his father Gerard as a great horseman and showman, and, with his team, has worked on numerous film and TV projects – The World is Not Enough, Troy, Henry VIII, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and Black Beauty to name a few!

Daniel started riding at a young age working alongside Gerard in live shows from the age of eight and by the time he reached his teens was acknowledged as one of the best Trick Riders in Europe. Daniel will showcase his talents alongside the Devil’s Horsemen and will be unveiling an all new performance unique to this year’s British Open. The team will perform two displays which promise to be nothing short of phenomenal. A fast moving array of action and stunts to thrill and amaze the audience will form the first and the second is a never seen Phantom of the Opera performance specially choreographed for the Show.

We are delighted to welcome Daniel Naprous and the Devils Horsemen to the British Open. People travel vast distances to watch them perform live and the stunning new performances will certainly be something to remember forever.” said Mark Wein, Director of the Show’s organiser, Grandstand Media.
